What is N1ki?
N1ki is an online store filled with cute and colorful kawaii cartoon style graphic designs created by the owner of N1ki. Thanks to our vendor Zazzle we are able to offer our designs on T-shirts, shoes, bags, mugs and many other products for you to enjoy.
Who is your vendor?
N1ki Shop works in association with a company called Zazzle. We at N1ki create all these cute characters and other artwork which we place and design on various products. Zazzle is the company that manufactures and ships the products we design.

Zazzle is a print on demand service for quality custom products. Zazzle was launched in 2005 and it is based in Redwood City, California.

YES!

How does it work?

Create an account at our fulfillment center Zazzle and you will receive a personal referral ID. Link our products on your website, blog or social media sites using your unique referral code. When a customer comes through your link and makes a purchase you will earn a referral.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal are accepted as payment.

Payment options

Is my order secure?
Yes. Your credit card transactions are 100% secure. The data is protected by a secure server software (SSL) which is the industry standard for encrypting all payment information. Your data will arrive privately and unaltered to the server and no one will gain access to your personal information.
Can I place an order by phone?
Unfortunately orders over the phone are not accepted. If you need assistance placing your order on the website, please contact customer support.
Can I order in bulk?
Yes! Bulk discounts are available for nearly all products, which may result to significant savings. See the bulk pricing here.
How can I check the status of my order?

What are the estimated turnarounds for orders?
Most products are manufactured within 24 hours of placing your order. However, there are some exceptions. Please refer to Zazzle's turnaround estimates for detailed information.
How do I modify my order?
You are able to modify your order, if the status is in "Pending", but after your order has entered the "Processed" state this cannot be done.

To modify an order please login to your account and elect to cancel the order under Order History. Canceling your order in this manner will automatically add your canceled items back to your shopping cart, where you can select alternate product style options, or make design edits by clicking on the thumbnails of the items you wish to change.

How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order please login to your account and see your Order History. Click the order you would like to cancel and select View Order Status. Now click the Cancel Order button.

If the Cancel Order button is not available or it is not functional, it means that your order has already entered the "Processed" state and been queued for production and/or shipment. If this is the case, we are unable to halt the production and/or shipment of your items. However, please understand that we have a return/refund policy for unwanted orders. Please contact customer support to request a return authorization.

What are the available shipping services?
For orders shipped within the US the available shipping options are:
  • Economy Shipping:
    • Delivery typically takes 7-11 business days after the manufacturing of your product.
    • Tracking option: No
    • Delivered by either UPS or USPS.
    • Accepts PO boxes but does not accept APO or FPO.
  • Standard Shipping:
    • Delivery typically takes 4-7 business days after the manufacturing of your product.
    • Tracking option: Yes
    • Delivered by either UPS or USPS.
    • Accepts PO and APO or FPO.
  • 2-Day Shipping:
    • Packages will be delivered within 2 business days after the manufacturing of your product if ordered before 3pm EST.
    • Tracking option: Yes
    • Delivered via UPS.
    • Does not accept PO boxes, APOs or FPOs.
  • Express Shipping:
    • Packages will be delivered 1 business day after the manufacturing of your product if ordered before 3pm EST.
    • Tracking option: Yes
    • Delivered via UPS.
    • Does not accept PO boxes, APOs or FPOs.

Ground shipping, and economy shipping are not available to customers in Alaska or Hawaii.

For international orders the available shipping options are:

  • Standard Shipping:
    • Delivery typically takes 5-12 business days (to most major international destinations) after the manufacturing of your product.
    • Tracking option: No
    • Delivered by local post.
  • Express Shipping:
    • Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days (to most major international destinations) after the manufacturing of your product.
    • Tracking option: Yes
    • Delivered via FedEx international.
    • Does not accept PO boxes, APOs or FPOs.

What are the shipping rates?
Many variables affect the shipping rates. To get the most accurate pricing figure please select the items you would like to purchase to your shopping cart. Then proceed to checkout where the price will be presented to you before payment takes place.

Please note:

If this is your first time using our fulfillment center Zazzle's checkout, you may be asked to create a Zazzle account, add a shipping and billing address and enter basic payment information (like a valid credit card #) in order to proceed on to the page with the shipping estimates.

Returns
What is the return policy?
Most products come with 30 days return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to our fulfillment center Zazzle within 30 days of receiving the shipment for a full exchange or refund.

Some products are subject to special return restrictions:

  • Keds Studio custom shoes: These products are made-to-order specifically for you, so returns cannot be accepted.
  • Stamps and Stickers: Only complete sheets can be returned. Incomplete sheets will not be accepted.
